   Back home in Sweden again! This 
   time to cut one of the cords :) 
   The apartment is sold and be
   drained. Now there is
   only one home - Amelit!
   Lovely!
   We have managed
   to sail 70 miles up the Rio
   Manamo to visit Warao Indians
   and much else! Among
   others managed skipper to make
   a whole village without
   power. See it live on the

 Back after a week of "vacation in

 Back at Crews Inn, Chaguaramas, 
 Trinidad after 1.5 months in Sweden.
 Temperatures over 
30 degrees and very much sunshine 
 to be in the rainy season.

 Index has got  a new layout which 
 hopefully means that the time to
 get the page is much faster and
 you get a better overview.

 Travel Letters are now updated to
 2011-06-18. The rest will follow
 soon. One of the reasons to
 the delay is that I become
 nearly blind in one eye for two
 month ago.. But a good
 doctor Dr Ronnie Bhola in Port of
 Spain to fix the retina and in a
 month  from now he will take out
 the silicone in the
 eye again after retina fixed itself
 correctly and all the indications
 are that I get the 
 vision back completely.

Welcome to share my sailing event

I have for a long time had a dream – to sail around the globe!

This is a dream that I am now going to realize! In January 2007 I ordered Amelit from the Amel-yard in La Rochelle, France. On 25 May 2009, she was finished and after a week of intensive training in La Rochelle, where Amel-team went through "all" of the boat, we sailed to Spain, before the return journey was started. We arrived to Malmö, Dockan on the 17 of July.

Crew 

The crew consists of Kaj Liljebladh. and my girlfriend Leila Cara.

In addition, we hope that my 4 children  with respectively, as well as grandchildren and friends also will be with me on parts of the journey.

The yacht
